WHY TEST?
Test so you know where you need to be, to be the best. Testing provides both athletes and coaches with constant feedback so they can focus on weaknesses and adjust training and competing schedules accordingly. It also provides a benchmark or standard with which to measure and compare individual abilities. Testing provides unbiased data, eliminating guesswork. Our tests are designed by experts who know what it takes to be good in a given sport.
HOW OFTEN?
Testing should be done as much as possible depending on the sport season. Ideally, testing should be done every three months to properly track an athlete's progression.
